Wholesale Return Policy:

We want your online ordering experience to be pleasant and we want you to know that we guarantee our products 100%. We will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The apparel must be in original and unworn condition, with our tags still attached and the original packaging.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the return.

How does Simple Returns work?

• Fill out a Simple Return Form. You can download & print the form HERE
• Send the Return form along with a email to sales@denalico.com
• You will then be in contact with the sales team who will issue you a Return # as well as instruction on how/where to return the items.
  
• When we receive the merchandise, we’ll verify its contents and confirm that it is unworn and in original condition.
• Once inspected, we will issue a credit to you in the means in which you paid for the merchandise, typically in 3 to 5 business days.
